Chicken “Lemonato”
A simple recipe for cooking a delicious chicken with potatoes in the oven.

  1. Cut the whole chicken in half and place on a baking tray. The inside of the chicken has to face up.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them in long pieces.
  3. Place potatoes on the baking tray around the chicken.
  4. Garnish the potatoes and the chicken with salt, pepper, olive oil and oregano.
  5. Pour the lemons juice to the potatoes and chicken.
  6. Add a little water on the baking tray.
  7. Preheat the oven in the maximum temperature 250 C
  8. Place it on the middle of the oven and allow it to cook for 45 mins
  9. Remove from the oven.
  10. Turn the chicken upside down.
  11. Cook for a further 10 minutes
