Ingredients
  

  • 500 gr Lamp
  • Mushrooms
  • 1 Onions
  • Whipping Fresh Cream
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cube stock
  • red wine
  • parsley
  • sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook the lamp in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Prepare a mix of a lamp stock tube, hot water and equal quantity of red wine and pour it over the meat.
  • For the sauce chop an onion in small pieces and fry them until it becomes transparent.
  • Chop mushrooms in slices and add them to the frying pan.
  • When the mushrooms are cooked they will release some juices.
  • Add the fresh cream.
  • After a minute add the parsley.
  • Cook it until everything is properly mixed.
  • Poor the sauce on the tray where you have the meat and cut the meat.
  • Served with rice.
