Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 onion white
  • 500 gr runner beans
  • parsley
  • 1 cube stock chicken or vegetable
  • 150 gr tomato juice

Instructions
 

  • Have all the ingredients ready.
  • Put some extra virgin olive oil on the pressure cooker.
  • Add the grated onion and cook for a minute in low heat.
  • Add the beans.
  • Add the tomato juice and parsley.
  • Then add salt, the stock cube and one small glass of water.
  • Close the pressure cooker and cook on high heat. When the pressure cooker is ready reduce heat to low and cook for further 20 mins.
  • The food is ready. If there is plenty of juice then leave the cover open.
