Fasolakia Greek Style
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 onion white
- 500 gr runner beans
- parsley
- 1 cube stock chicken or vegetable
- 150 gr tomato juice
Instructions
- Have all the ingredients ready.
- Put some extra virgin olive oil on the pressure cooker.
- Add the grated onion and cook for a minute in low heat.
- Add the beans.
- Add the tomato juice and parsley.
- Then add salt, the stock cube and one small glass of water.
- Close the pressure cooker and cook on high heat. When the pressure cooker is ready reduce heat to low and cook for further 20 mins.
- The food is ready. If there is plenty of juice then leave the cover open.
