Tzatziki

A delicious dip for your party or used part of a meze.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gramms Greek Natural Yogurt Fage Total
  • 1 whole cucumber
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Take a large cucumber and a peeler.
  • Peel the cucumber
  • Grate the cucumber
  • Squeeze the grated cucumber in order to squeeze out all the excess liquid.
  • Combine the yoghurt, cucumber and stir until it mixes properly.
  • Add grated garlic and stir again.
  • Add a dash of vinegar and stir again.
  • Add a dash of olive oil and stir again.
  • Add some black pepper and stir again.
  • Your dip is ready.
