Instructions
  1. Peel the aubergines and fry them in a pan with olive oil.
  2. After they fried place them to a baking tray.
  3. Use a small spoon to split the aubergine in half and then use the back of the spoon to make them flat.
  4. Peel some tomatoes
  5. Remove the seeds
  6. Peel the onions and put them in the blender.
  7. User the Blender machine.
  8. Add the onions to the pan that you used for the aubergines
  9. After a few minutes the onions will turn brownish.
  10. Add the minced beef
  11. Cook it until it turns brown
  12. Add parsley and mix
  13. Add tomato sauce
  14. Add some salt.
  15. Stuff the aubergines.
  16. Place them in a oven tray.
  17. Add some water.
  18. Bake until the meat get brown and then switch the oven off. Allow the food to rest inside the oven.
