  1. Have all the ingredients ready.
  2. Put some extra virgin olive oil on the pressure cooker.
  3. Add the grated onion and cook for a minute in low heat.
  4. Add the beans.
  5. Add the tomato juice and parsley.
  6. Then add salt, the stock cube and one small glass of water.
  7. Close the pressure cooker and cook on high heat. When the pressure cooker is ready reduce heat to low and cook for further 20 mins.
  8. The food is ready. If there is plenty of juice then leave the cover open.
